People tend to mistake being healthy as eating a salad and going to the gym every day, but it goes beyond that. It means incorporating nutritious fruits and veggies into your diet, not overworking yourself and even getting a good night's sleep. Healthy means nourishing your body and mind which will improve your mood and keep your body working the way it should be. Ultimately, strive to become the best version of yourself, live your life, and do what makes you happy– and do it with compassion, conviction, and purpose. There is nothing more important than that.
